Online and phone estimates are good faith ballpark ranges based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed before any work begins, once we can see the property details, square footage, height and level of buildup. We do not add hidden fees, if something changes the scope, we tell you first.
To complete your service we need reasonable access to the areas being cleaned and a working outdoor water spigot with adequate flow. Please clear vehicles, move fragile items and secure pets before your appointment. If we arrive and cannot access or supply the job, a return trip fee may apply.
We work rain or shine in the Pacific Northwest, but we reserve the right to reschedule for safety in high wind, ice, lightning or freezing conditions, especially for roof and elevated work. We'll contact you to arrange the soonest alternative.
If you're not happy with an area we cleaned, tell us within 48 hours of completion and we'll return to clean that area again at no charge. The promise covers the cleaning result on surfaces we serviced; it does not cover new dirt, weather, or getting dirty again that occurs after service.
Exterior cleaning can reveal or affect preexisting conditions that are not caused by our work. By booking, you acknowledge that Top Clean Pressure Wash is not responsible for damage arising from preexisting defects, including but not limited to:
Where a surface's condition creates risk, we'll flag it and, where practical, adjust our method or decline that portion of the work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Clean Pressure Wash's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We carry liability insurance and a certificate is available on request.
Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made in writing. Recurring commercial accounts are billed per the agreed schedule.
